We want you to be happy with your purchase from Baby Wren but if you do need to return any items then please drop us an email to babywrenclothing@gmail.com so we can assist you further.

Please notify us by email within 14 days of delivery and we will refund your purchase (excluding the delivery cost).  The items you return must be in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with labels/tags attached.  You will be responsible for the return postage costs and we recommend using a tracked service and obtain proof of purchase.  Baby Wren is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.  Please allow up to 5 days for the refund to be completed and up to 7 days for it to appear in your account.  

Please note that all returns should be made directly to Baby Wren and not to the individual brand represented by us.

Products purchased during any sale are non- refundable.
